• Recognized for my efforts in envisioning and building a new Back-Office tool (Omnia), which will be used internally by WHG and offered to third parties as a SaaS product.

• Joined White Hat Gaming LTD to enhance the structure and user experience of three core projects: Back Office, Marketing, and CMS tools.

• Created a seamless environment for WHG and third parties, enabling users to assist players and handle daily tasks efficiently with a well-organized interface.

• Developed a comprehensive design system, including design libraries, guidelines, and fully functional Figma prototypes with animations and interactions.

• Managed interaction design for additional projects, such as casino brand websites and cashier systems.

• Transitioned from freelancing to join GentingBet Casino, a global brand with land-based casinos, luxury resorts, and restaurants. My role is to improve Casino experience, Cashier, and Marketing communications.

• After Sky Bet Italia sold its assets to Starcasino, I took a break to support my family and explore new paths.

• Started a freelance design studio, experimenting with creative design, photography, brand design, video production, web design, and eventually fell in love with UX.

• Created Sky Bet Italia’s brand identity and brought it to life through ads, digital displays, websites, and TV commercials.

• Led the development of promotional campaigns and coordinated with an external graphic agency for HTML5 display banners.

• Designed web assets to engage users and support cross-selling activities.

• Delivered all physical assets for internal and customer use, like internal comms visuals, merchandising, and contest prizes.

• Worked closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams using agile methodologies.
